Cardela Coulson is the Managing Partner of RSVP Events Management and the Founder of International Women Entrepreneurs Show in Dubai, UAE. Cardela holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration and managed her own business in Wollongong, New South Wales, Australia prior to moving to UAE where her husband accepted a job offer in 2006. Cardela worked in various multi-national organizations within the UAE but was redundant from her last job in 2017. She then took another leap of faith going back into entrepreneurship. Cardela aims to continue her journey with one main goal - To actively sustain partnerships and serve others through collaboration by alluding to successful business owners who can draw inspiration from their success stories, including those who have risen to the top of their respective business fields and those who have achieved fame.
