Elena, alongside her husband, created LEA Growing People to help entrepreneurs, C-suite executives, their businesses, and families to learn their greatest leadership skills, and achieve happiness and fulfillment. She is Italian, with a degree in foreign languages. She launched a non-profit organization, Le Pleiadi. After moving to Dubai she became a Co-Active and Parentology Coach to help clients start to understand why they are enough and deserve a great space in the world. She supports others to go through what she has been going through, she is passionate about unleashing her clients full potential and she is driven by connecting people through a free, safe, aware, fulfilled and emotional intelligent community.
