One of the most common symptoms of both pain and anxiety is shortness of breath, or hyperventilation. On the other hand, slow, deep breathing can reduce pain and distress.

In this episode, I'll guide you through a deliberate and intentional breathing practice to help you not just survive, but thrive, during this holiday season. This breathing pattern will help you:

  • Create perfect coherence of internal systems including nervous system, immune system, heart, brain, and body
