Esta é a nota do médico. Here is my date of birth. Aqui está minha data de nascimento. Do you know when it will be ready? Você sabe quando estará pronto? How much will it cost? Quanto vai custar? Do you have a cheaper option? Você tem uma opção mais barata? How often do I need to take the pills?

Com que frequência preciso tomar os comprimidos? Are there side effects I need to know about? Existem efeitos colaterais que eu preciso saber? Should I take them with food or water?
