Director Bob Rafelson and actor Jack Nicholson have collaborated on 6 films together including the film classic Five Easy Pieces (1970). Nicholson plays a dropout from upper-class America who works on an oil rig and passes the time at dingy bars and motels while treating himself and everyone around him like hot garbage.
