In this episode, Zack and Kassie talk about OMKalen's reaction to recipe videos and what he calls "gentrified cornbread". What exactly makes a good cornbread, at least in our eyes? Is gentrification of food a bad or good thing? What counts as progress for a recipe or culture, and what exactly causes that culture to be lost sometimes?
