Episode description

Howdy y'all! Hope you're having a good start to the new year!

In this episode, Zack and Kassie talk about OMKalen's reaction to recipe videos and what he calls "gentrified cornbread". What exactly makes a good cornbread, at least in our eyes? Is gentrification of food a bad or good thing? What counts as progress for a recipe or culture, and what exactly causes that culture to be lost sometimes?

These are some of the points we hit as we talk about one of the most staple southern foods around! So c'mon down, grab some butter or honey for your cornbread, and sit a spell with us!
