In this Industry Edition interview with Chad Sholders from Havoc Productions, he introduces a new concept for growing the sport of pool through qualifier tournaments eventually leading to events with a $1,000,000 prize pool. We discuss Chad's background in pool and business sense, how the Blood, Sweat and Tiers process works, some of his sponsored players, and how players, tournament directors, and streamers can get started in his model.   As with anything new in the pool world, I'm sure there will be some critics of his plan but when you see Chad's energy and passion for growing the sport of pool, you might just become convinced that he is the kind of person that can pull this off!
