Conservatives have mounted an attack on diversity and inclusion programs over the last couple of years. And as a result, a number of tech companies have scaled back initiatives aimed at diversifying their workforce. That dynamic is posing new challenges for organizations like The Hidden Genius Project, which teaches young Black men about tech and entrepreneurship.
