On Tuesday, the Biden administration released new guidance for tax credits under the Inflation Reduction Act meant to incentivize the creation of new green projects and jobs in fossil fuel-reliant communities. POLITICO’s Kelsey Tamborrino explains which communities will be impacted and the challenges in creating clean energy jobs and building green projects in these areas.
