Biden's order: Stop drilling

Biden’s first executive orders  steered the federal ship in a very different direction on all sorts of issues. But as the new president settles in, many are expecting federal action to get more specific and long-term. Today, POLITICO’s Ben Lefebvre discusses an executive order coming this week that would fulfill Biden’s promise to halt oil production on federal lands.
