This is Part 2 of #PolicyBeyondPolitics podcast on Visible Women, Invisible Equality. In this episode, Soumya Singh from CPPR is in conversation with Ms Mitali Nikore on the social and cultural barriers faced by women in getting employed in the manufacturing sector, especially in factories. 

Ms Mitali is an experienced Economist and Public Policy specialist with a demonstrated history of advising multilateral organisations (ADB, World Bank, United Nations) and private sector consulting firms (PwC, and Genesis Analytics). She is also the founder of the research group, Nikore Associates.
