that's the number of players remaining. Of course, that came from a field of ten and twelve. And then I guess we got to hit on some other events that happened, although I've completely forgotten about anything else. That's just touching. Yeah, I mean I've like I'm full on tunnel vision main event only, Like it's that time, sub five hundred players left, We're going to day five. The money's starting to get good. You know, there's

rules for official terms. All right, So the World Series of Poker main event, they returned with one thousand, five hundred and twenty four players. Only the top one thousand, five hundred and seventeen were gonna make the money, So they got down to I think it was fifteen to twenty right like, pretty quickly, pretty quickly. And then that's when they went hand for hand. There were I believe four hands of hand for hand play to burst
the bubble. I'm pretty sure that's where that's correct. I think it bursts in the fourth or fIF on the fourth one. There was six all ins on the fourth hand of hand for hand play. Six all ins. I think the first one had two, the second one had one. I think the third one had two, and then the next one had six. I think that might be correct. If not, go listen to the bubble episode and figure it out. The bubble one was pretty quick. Quick. I felt it was quick. Yeah, yeah, I mean, what were you
expecting going in to two hours? Well you said fifty seven minutes yesterday. I was expecting quick because the times were done. It at night, the night of day three, it just lingers. It goes forever, and we obviously have the cameraman running around, et cetera. When do we do it? I think I think last year was also in the morning. It just feels quick. I think everyone's fresh, ready to kind of. They all get energy the right to blast it all blast and we saw a pot step
ah, they blast. There was one guy that busted. I think it was Kings to Aces. I want to say, he's seven bed all in with Kings and got called by Aces. So there was that. Jesse Loan has pulled an insane bluff right out of the way. But somebody told me that his opponent in the hand. So here's what happened. It was a raise. I can't remember if they were hand for hand, if they were
right beforehand for hand. I think they were right beforehand for him. But at Jesse Loans's table, there's a raise from bart live Art there's a call. I think it went up to because they were playing four k ak. I think Bart made it sixteen. I believe the small blind called Jesse. Lonis in the big Boy mate at like ninety three or something. Ninety five, Bart Livart called small mine got out of the way. It comes ten, nine to six rainbow, Jesse leads. I don't know the exact amounts
from here, but Jesse leads. Live Art raises, Jesse re raises, Live Art calls turn pairs the ball with the six. Jesse moves all in for I think what he said was three hundred and eighty thousand or three hundred and fifty thousand, I forget, but live Art folded and Lonus turned over the ace five off. And then somebody told me later on that Bart Libart either said that he had King Queen or something, so I don't I don't know what he's doing with King Queen in there. I mean, listen,
I know a thing or two about King Queen. You gotta fold it. You just got into the bucket, goes do you got to give a shout out to friend of the pod David Baker ODB took some stones to put his money in uh, with ace Queen on the bubble, he raised on the button to a little bit over three X. If you listen to the Bubble episode, you know why he did that because he said he wanted to deny some calls from the player in the big blind and then you know, have
to play posts, so he just wanted to over raise. Player in the big blind said how much you got left, and then put Odb all in, which was like forty three big blinds at the time or something on the bubble. On the bubble of thews manimt Odb called the guy had ace five, the ace Queen held and Odb got a nice double up. But yeah, I thought it went a little bit faster the bubble did than I would have expected. I was thinking maybe, like I don't know, ten hands.
I mean once once Jack Effel said we have six all in and calls, I was like, well this is it. I mean, like this is the one right. I mean, so some matters when they actually go hand for hand, like if they let it just they if they just played one more hand out, or we could have been hand to hand, you know, with just one off the money. So it really depends when they call it. Yeah, I watched one player get the clock called on him seven times. Seventh he on seven hands, he got the clock called on
him. Now it looked like he had like thirty five k It was just stall, stall, Stall, I mean, I get it. You know, it got to the point where, you know, the first two or three hands they called the clock. Yes, the next couple of hands, they said, you only get five seconds if we come over here again. Then they did that. Then they said for the for the sixth or seventh hand, they said, if we come over here, your hand's just dead. Wow. So that's what it got to do with that player. I
saw one player. I know this is I know this is kind of fast forwarding. But later on in the night when they were in the money, I think he was trying to stall for a page up but he got the clock call on him three times in the same hand. So there was that. So yeah, well a lot of clock calling throughout the day. But you know, sit up, it's be main event. Let's go baby. So at the end of the day, four to seventy six remain. I mean, maybe maybe that's one high or something, but close enough. Last
year, four hundred and forty one players remained and into Day five. Last year's field size was slightly smaller than this year ten thousand and forty three, this year ten thousand, one hundred and twelve, and then fast forward at the end of Day five. Last year there was one hundred and forty nine players going into Day six, so targeting probably in the one fifty to one seventy range for players that are going to end up advancing to Day six.
This year, everyone left is guaranteed thirty seven thousand, five hundred dollars. What's the why? Why'd you write one sixty second? That is what we will be guaranteed if we hit what we think will hit tomorrow about one fifty players. One hundred and sixty one hundred sixty two is the pay jump for seventy k. So you're gonna play basically a full day of poker in w money. That could be pretty it's pretty good day's work. Yeah, of
course, it looks like Stevens Song is the chip leader. Shout out team DPMC. We got old song out there. Let's go buddy, four million, seven hundred and forty five thousand, which tomorrow will represent one hundred and ninety big blinds. Seems good at this point in THEWSB made event. Right behind him four and a half million, the conquistador Adrian Mateos crushing that four
and a half million, one hundred and eighty Big blinds. Bao Ding also up over four million, four million, two hundred and sixty five thousand. You wrote, now, Will Barry, he's not on the chip count list, and well you have to click the refresh button and you'll say that he is now in the chip count. Okay, Will Barry also over four MILLI Alosio Dorado four million, three hundred and thirty five thousand. So so there's a player that like I don't think got tracked all day. His name is
Luis Vasquez. I know him because he's in the Northeast, and I think he qualified back way back in the day for like at the napt at mohegans on, he like qualified for the twenty five k or something. I think he won a satellite showed up wearing all red I remember that. So, yeah, he's Puerto rican so he was sporting you know, the Puerto Rico
stuff, the all red gear. But I think he was like he was for sure a top five stack, like late in the night had like more than three million or whatever, and yeah, they just never never got him in the counts or anything. But yeah, Stephen Soong was mashing all day. From what I saw, I know we were out there quite a bit. Matt Stout still in, David Prociak still in, Leonard Mao still in, Joseph Rock still in, Tony Sinistaj still in. I mean, there's
some heavy hitters out there. Maria Jo bag Chips. Who else? Christy Fox? Kristin Foxen did bag Chips. I talked with her shortly or briefly after after the day ended, And we'll get to the interview in a second. But Kristen Fox and bag Chips, who else was out there? Ivy? Ivy can't forget about Miss Drivey. He's making a run. Philipo, Brian Rass, Bag Chips, Brian Kim Bag Chips, Kempson, Isaac Kempton,
Bag Chips, Ben Wang. I think, Mark Wolpert, Bag Chips, Adam Friedman, Taylor von Kriegenberg, Daniel Hasham, Red Lynn, Red Lind though took a dive kind of towards the end of the night. Bad. It seemed like a bad last level. Alejandro Lococo Bag chips. Taylor Black out there bagging chips. I can't believe you didn't name this guy podcast Morris bagged chips. I mean I couldn't find John Hennigan, so I think he's out. I know he had two million, but you can you can
lose two million. I mean it can happen. Alex Livingston, I know that he bagged chips, so yeah, I think Alex Keating bag chips as well. So I mean, listen, there's a lot of firepower out there in the field, so you know, we'll see how things go. I'm very much looking forward to the seat draw and taking a look at that and again it tonight. Why wouldn't we get it tonight. There's only four we
want to get it. It should be out in half an hour. I mean, how hard is it to put four under and seventy six names into a thing. It's complicated one guy tonight. That's not that hard. Then it should take an hour max to plug it into a spreadsheet. Come on, it's not that hard. You know, it's not that hard. I know it's not that hot, but doesn't mean it's They don't know that. It's not. No, it's not that hard. We should get it tonight. I think we will get it tonight because they usually are on top of
this stuff. When when you know, when you're getting into day five of the WSP Maine events, can't forget about our guy. Mo Noara two million, five hundred and seventy five thous was in the bag for the Moose. Let's go buddy. But yeah, but back to Kristen Foxen, you know, kind of like an up and down day. She finished on just over one point three million. I talked with her in brief after the day ended, and here is that interview for you right now. Kristin Foxen looks like
a little bit over one point three in the bag. How'd the day go? Pretty smooth, not super eventful. I was a little card dead for a couple hours, but yeah, just kind of battles it out. It's just a matter of patience in this. I think, do you approach this event any differently because it's has some unique characteristics being the DOABSP main event. Yeah, it's like a good balance of you know, trying not to I don't want to say, be too scared, but not be too conservative,
but also you know, adjust to who you're playing. And I think that, you know, everyone's probably passing on some spots that maybe in a different tournament you don't. But yeah, and then from the time you bag up chips the time you get ready to come back tomorrow, what's your what does it look like? Do you prepare or do you just kind of get up, go through your team and then come back and play. I think I'm gonna What I've been doing is trying to do whatever I can to get to
sleep as soon as possible, because that's always very, very hard. So like last night, I you know, took a bath, read a book, turned off my phone, like tried to keep it quiet and like dark, and you know, take whatever supplements I have to help me sleep. Will to take you a little bit to wind down, definitely. Yeah. And I think it was after day one or two, well after day two, I couldn't get to sleep till like five am, and I was like, okay, I can't do this because then so I played day three on
like four hours sleep, So that kind of sucked. I was like pushing through. Didn't feel good all day, I had a headache, blah blah blah. But yeah, and then I got a good sleep last night and it was good. Good for the day. And then last question, are you having fun? Yeah? This is amazing, it's so much fun. Do we not name anyone else in the field. We lost Joe McKeon, the last former champ standing, Joe McKeon. I have at listened of champions in cash. Yeah, yeah, let's go statman, come on, they're
gonna read it well. As you mentioned, John McCain lost Champion of Cash. Robert Varconi didn't even see him out there, but he finished in. No, I don't believe you. I don't believe I'm looking at the results. I clicked the name, followed through with the prompts height one hundred and fifty second place for Robert. This is always something that happens to us in the main event, is like we walk the field all the time, all the time, and then you get to like day four, day five,
and you're like, this guy's still in. That person's still in. Huh. Scup Blumstein one thousand, one hundred and thirty seventh place, Daniel Wyman thousand, three hundred and fifty seventh place, espen your stat thirteen hundred and ninety third place, five Champions Cash. Speaking of Wyman, he is the thirteenth. It's thirteen time the defending champion has cash in the next year six times since two thousand and five, Rayma, Joe, Hashim, Peter,
He's Gate, Greig Messing, Coriatomir and Dan Wyman. Crazy five champs in the money, a new one coming. I mean, listen, really good run by Joe McKeon. Ultimately, you know, fell short of day five. But you know, did I mention Tony Dunst is out there? Not who else? Joe t Han, Josh reit Card, Lexi, So yeah, Lexi Ponokos is at a table with It was him, it was Danny Tang, and it was Bin Wang. That's a pretty stacked table. Then there was another table with Adrian Matteos, Leonard Mao, and I think Boris
Kolev was also at that table. I believe, you know, some some tables walking through the field. Some tables looked incredibly tough, other tables looked incredibly soft. I mean, that's just pretty much what it seemed like, right I did mention od Be getting his money in on the money bubble with the Ace Queen. Think he busted in four under ninetieth place, So good
on odb for making that run obviously. You know, I'm sure he would have wanted to go deeper, but it seemed like he was pretty short for much of the day, you know, other than getting that double up at the Ace Queen. You know, every time I kind of went by his table, he didn't look like things were going in the right direction. So you know, what are you going to do there? But I do want to hit on something in regards to Monuara and Josh Reichard because they've had a
been a misfortune recently. Yes, So they were eating, they went to dinner at where they go, what's the name of the place, Roma Deli, which is owned by Todd Brunson and Max and Max Pescatori. It's over on Spring Mountain Excellent. Yeah, I mean, and also because of that poker tie and a lot of poker people go there. And then so they're eating, an employee comes up to them and says, hey, think someone
just broke into your car, which was true. They run outside. Someone did break into their car, stole some stuff out of the car, which I believe there was a bag with some money in it, you know, because they were coming here to play in the WSP main event. But for Mo it's his first time ever playing in the WSP Maine event. He had I believe he got picked up from the airport by Josh and then they went
to eat, so he had his main event buying in there. We're just reading from the article over on pokernews dot com that was written by John Soften. Mo Nwara said, just a sick feeling to walk out there to a smashed car and no, not only your cash, but your personal effects are likely gone for good. Unfortunately, if this was they targeted attack, as it seems, I have to advise people against parking their cars there or take anything valuable inside with them at least. Yeah, I mean, listen,
I would certainly take everything inside. I think I would, you know, still still park there, yes, but you know, just to take stuff inside, you know, especially if you have any cash on you and whatnot. I mean, Unfortunately, we want to trust people in the world, but we can't. But that said both Josh Reichard and mon Nouara after this incident when they had their cars car broken into and stuff stolen. You know, ten thousand dollars included in that stuff that was stolen. They're on today
five together. You know, they're two very very good friends, and here they are checking along to day five. So I guess call it attacks from the poker gods. You know, you got to you got to pay up to get an entry right to the final you know, like, listen, you show up, you show up the giant golden gates of the w spe an event, right, you got to pay him off to get inside to make it into the final table. Right? That isn't that what happens?
Yeah? I mean, right, what happened to Mike Gorowdinski last year? He had that whole issue at Bolagio in his box, goes on and wins the ten k horse gets it all back and then some right. I mean, listen, things have a funny way of always kind of just working out, and uh, at least right now it's working out for both Mod Noir and Josh Reitguard because they are moving on to day five. Seems like we
got a good amount of women out there. Of course, that's always you know, a talking point or a point of emphasis, you know, last woman standing. I don't necessarily care about that too much, but you know, getting a woman to the final table would be great. Yes, that's what we want. Let's see if we can make that happen. We got some good ones out there, kind of chop value for fun and with chop
value. Baby did it correct? Okay, Okay, he did it because last year one hundred and fifty k basically, So let's chop it up. Let's go home, let's chop it up. I think, like, what are your what's you're like? Yeah? I like chops shut up? Like your top three like stories entering day five? And oh we got to do didn't a listener mentions O day but we don't really have a full list as we're hot. Whatever, we can still do it. We'll figure it out. It'll be a hack job that we'll do it. Okay, but give
me, like your top headlines right now? I think phil Ivy still in it. It has to be one of them. I mean, he's got to be number one. It's one, but he's one. He's Ivy. Yeah, sure, what about Ivy? I guess you could probably convince me to say, you know, thirty, I think it's thirteen. Females remain, you know, that's always you kind of just touched on it. That's always a discussion point in the main event, so I feel like that may be one of the headlines. Third one. I'm kind of struggling with a
little bit. Then, so I'm gonna go phil Ivy, Okay, then I'm gonna go Yeah, I think I'll go to Women with you, And then I'm also gonna go Adrian Mittaos, which is what he's just an absolute animal. I have a Steven song Lean Mountain sitting on top of the leader game. No. The reason why is because Adrian Mateos has more accolades than Steven song does. Right, So, I mean Adrian Matteos is a four time wspgo RACA winner, has won many terms. I think he won EPT
money Carlo as well. Just an absolute beast out there and he's proven once again that he is one of the best tournament players in the world. He's just doing it. So yeah, that's what I'm looking at. Adrian Mintatos. And he's still super young. Yeah, so I'm I mean, that's just I mean, it's crazy how good this kid is. So so yeah, that's what that's what I'm looking at right now. Do you have a third yet? Nah? Kind of falls off a cliff in my mind,
but that's fine. Yeah, all right, So so what was the thing? So it was it was too I gotta hear, I gotta we gotta come out from Jason Dolan, he says, you know, he leaves a review and he goes, I think a fun segment of the podcast would be for the two of you to drop your dream main event final table of the players that remain from a media fan or fans perspective. Okay, uh, he has here. It's a little outdated obviously because he sent this email yesterday.
Well what's he got? He had not Chabbero okay, phil Ivey, Kristin, Foxxon Aden Cho, Tom Dwan, Joe McKee, and Eric Saidel Brian rast Sam no name, splashy wreck. So midday four he wrote that, so let's do it. Let's let's we're gonna do it after every day. Sure, Okay, I need to pull up the list again. So this is from the dream main event found table from a media slash fans whatever. Whatever you want to see. You could say from the growth of poker.
That would change who I'd pick. I'd be putting the cocoa in. He ain't my dream fold table player? Just drop? Should we just drop? Like not? You want to do nine? H or do you want to do your nine and then I'll do my night? Can you fus Ivy done? Okay, I'll take Ivy too, that's easy. Kristen Foxen and Maria Hoe agreed so far. So I got three. Yeah, I want a mateos in there. So that's four. I want ren Lynn in there. Okay, fuck yeah, okay, I mean we're gonna have very similar
things. Yeah, what do I have? Five? We should have done a snake? No, what do I have? Five? Yeah, Tony Dunst six? I pause there? What I'm gonna pause on that one show? But that's fine, so you keep going, Brian rast seven. I'm gonna throw a name at you, David Perciak, because some player of the year sweats you can do you can have it. You can have it, buddy, he can take the lead in players. No he can't. Oh that's pretty that's annoy I'll go I just had who I was going to use?
Who did I say? He's really gonna fall like ten points short. But if he wins the man event, I'm going Parker Talbot. Yeah, he's a super fun player on on, like in general, so he he'd really live in up that final table and then I listen and then I gotta go mon Noir to round it out, because you know, that's just what I gotta go. That's my guy. We do the grit airon Gamble podcast together. We've been friends for a while, so I'm putting him there and
I don't care. All right, So this is my dream final table. Yeah, that's fine. I'm gonna I have to try. I'm gonna put punk A podcasts for the Marris just so we get more hat exposure. Actually, actually, what I have to make a change. I'm taking off Parker Talo, sorry you got and I'm putting in Brian Kim, another good friend of mine. Put Brian Kim. Okay, that's fine. I mean, don't you want your good friends there? If you're I mean, this is
this is my dreams. I'm gonna do what I want. Yeah, I get it, I get it. I'm trying to What was your first five? That's I think that's what we have to say. Ivy Fox Fox and Maria Hoe Matthias Mateos is your fifth? I think that's when we sawed. Oh man, wait, hold on, I gotta put song there. But we should be writing this down. God damn. Yeah, you're the guy. Yeah, I'm getting to it, buddy. I gotta put Stevens song there because he's on our twenty five K fantasy team, so he has to
make it so he's there. Okay, I'm redoing my Ivy foxing foxin Maria Hoe Mataos song. And I know I'm putting people that are on other people's twenty five K fansy teams, but I'll just gamble with that. How many is that do I have? He had Dunce next, Yeah, duncet one on there. He took out pocket tablet and what number was Dunce Dunst is six? Seven is ren linn okay eight, Brian Kim nine, Mohammed Noir ak aka the Moose Yep, yep, yep, yep, yep. So
my I'm gonna the same four as you. Yep. Okay, So I go Ivy Fox and Maria Mataos. I'm bringing Atha Maris for just podcast stuff. We just need the hat that's on TV. You know, he's still he's still wearing the hat and he had a purple po Geru hoodie on today. I mean, he's just I'm just wondering if if Percy. I can do anything else to try and get in and win Player of the Yeah he can. He can go win the twenty five k horse. Okay, he's playing the main event, but he can. He doesn't have to make the
full table unless you put him there. Yeah, no, per Sick, you're a I can't do it, I think rend Lane. Yeah, I have to put on my God, there's another name here that he did have ras and you pulled that rast. Is hennying in or not? Because I see him in this cast? So I'm like, I have no, I did not see him out there. Okay, So I'm gonna do red Land as well, and I am gonna do Locca. I mean, okay, there's there's so many other names that I want to put on there. God
give me, give me some. There are some names at me. Daniel Hash that's my I think that's my ninth. I mean, that's an insane story. Yeah, that's mine. He's he already ran deep that one year, right, he had the second place finished in other events. I mean, would be crazy if he's able to do Alex Livingston another final table. Yeah, but another final table. I think that that's Yeah, that's what I'm working on Barbaro. Also Antoine, who could be a Soy that's that
fall might event final table, just all the final tables. I mean, Parker Talbot, I think can still get in there. He's my He's he's
eliminating in tenth. You know why Franz Francis Anderson. You know why Francis Anderson would be cool because in a way it's kind of Greg merson esque, like he doesn't lose a poker Turman for like three weeks, right, because he won the Independence Day thing and then he would just you know, win the main so he just he just won straight trying to look through I'm putting Sammy the Dealer. It was my eighth Daniel Hashim was my I no,
I'm just I'm just saying he's still in. Let's recap these teams really quickly. Donnie and did bags Baker is still in or he was still in. I don't know if he still is. We both had Ivy Fox and sorry Phil Ivy, Christen Fox and Maria, Adrian Mataos and ren Lynn. Donnie also has Stephen Song, Tony Dunce, Brian Kim Monawara. My audibles were Arthur Morris Sammy the Dealer, Danny hash him beIN Wang who wins? You had to pick a winner? I have no idea. I think I was
gonna say Maria's okay, very similar teams. Jason, thank you for your segment. I'm going to do this every day until we get to winner. It'll be easier. It'll be easier to do in future days because they'll have the chip counts out faster to us. All right, tell me what else happened. Okay, We're gonna go real quick speed around. Carson Hadelman won the six hundred Ultrastack. He won three hundred and forty three K, first bracelet sixty six, one hundred player field in the six hundred ultra st Lord.
Yep. Matthew al Sante won the five K no lemon hold him one thousand and forty two players, so kind of yeah, it was kind of why Yep, he won seven hundred and eighty five K and he's first bracelet. Uh. He defeated pulling up Punstrie heads up. I think Punsree had a decent lead and lost the flip. While at the feature table, put Night's friend Danny Tang ran from the far feature table nearly knocked over Ricky our audio tech to go watch the all in. Also the final table pads finished
