Hello everyone, Welcome back to a new episode of the Poker Go Podcast. My name is Donnie Peters. I'm joined by Timothy Duckworth. How you doing, mateka looks like a disaster. I just took my hat off. That's why i'mnna a little bit sweat. I've been running around this whole establishment because I got no teammate tonight. So is this all me? Let me no teammate to run from Paris again? Any of you them back here? Then back and forth. I think I did like seventeen miles today. Seventeen miles.

No, you definitely didn't do seventeen miles. Maybe seventeen thousand steps, yeah, maybe you never know. On today's show, day one C of the World Series of Poker Main Event took place. It was huge. Whatever number you had for the WSP Main Event, I mean, just bigger. Just make it bigger, because that's that That seems to be the big takeaway here. The defending champion, espen Georgetad is still alive. Daniel Legrani was in the field today. He was on the feature table for quite a bit

of today, but he had a rough go of it. Sergio Aguero was in the field him Aguero if you know that call famous when he won the title for Man City. Cy is still alive. Hand Sam silverl Sammy Baby won a bracelet today number two. He won the online Slash Live hybrid event the five k Noleman Hold Him High Roller Championship. We gotta do a coffee bet update because I'm just absolutely baring Tim over here, just burying him as

always. Think I'm burying as always. Please like and subscribe to the podcast. Help us continue to be the number one podcast in the world, in the universe, in the galaxy, in the milky way. Also in Paris, first time we've we've touched Paris. Had to open that up, get some tables over there, so people all over the place. Were they breaking people from Paris to Horseshoe at all? Or was I believe there was no movement from Paris to here. It was just saying you're you know

your iron zones. That's good, which is what you like? Yeah, I mean I don't. I don't think you need to do that on this day if you can not do it, because that walk just takes too long and you miss a lot of time and you know it's like four minutes. Let's come on. No, not when you because when when they do that right, they have to they do it in like big groups of table. When they do it that way, yes, it takes a lot to say, and it takes it takes like ten minutes. Just send them on their

way individually. Gives your back, Go sit down. No, there's gonna be people sitting at slot machines with chip bags. Tie a rope to everybody, you know, ten foot of length and just go. It is like that though when they walk either though, because they have somebody in the back,

they have somebody in the front. They're like, follow this person, follow the person in front of you, and like sometimes people go astray because you have to walk through this casino area where it kind of like weirdly splits, and if you haven't like done the walk before, then you you don't necessarily really know to go. You can get lost in slot machines. Like it's just like my boy, Hassan come out. Didn't even know there was a horsh of course exactly, you might end up in the food caught exactly.

So Day one C looks like, well, let me do a little reset here. Day one A had let's say one thousand and fifty. Do we have the official numbers? So they put there, but we'll get them. We'll probably get them when they you know, get through today to Yeah, they don't the don't put them on the report. One thousand and fifty. We'll call it, you know, give or take a little bit. I've heard one thousand and thirty. Tim has heard one thousand and eighty.

So we'll just one thousand and fifty. Day one B looks like right around eleven hundred, maybe maybe a little bit more so, trending upwards. And then today it sounds like we got over three thousand. I mean, it was mad over three thousand, definitely, it was madness. Yeah, it's just the number. I kept looking at the clock, the secret clock that no one else can see, the secret clock, the secret clock. What

does that put us at? Total? That the last time? Eleven hundred, that's forty two hundred, forty two hundred plus that is so you got you got about five thousand, two hundred and fifty, and we've already got three thousand for tomorrow. Yeah, so you got five thousand, you got five thousand two? What have like the last day? One day's got like what have they what have they got got like forty eight hundred last year?

Yeah, so the ten thousand is lock. The record is broken. It's gonna break sometimes the record is like so far in the past, it's not even funny. Actually, the record probably will break it like nine am. I mean, who even cares about the record at this point? I mean I'm not. I mean, what I'm saying is no I know. But what I'm saying is like the record's done and dusted, man, like see you later. I mean, now, it's about ten k. Back to California, you gay, Now it's about ten k. I mean, somebody

putting our in our work chat the Day two registration numbers. Maybe it was with you, and it was last year. It was to ABC got one hundred forty and then Day two D got like five hundred. Yeah, I got a huge I mean, eleven thousand is actually in play. Can you believe that you should have heard? You should hear one of the funniest things.

You probably experienced it this too, because you know, you work in the industry, you're very much ingrained in the industry, and then when you go and play, you hear people talk like about the industry and stuff that's happening, like the stuff that they say. And I mean, I don't know about you, but me personally, I always like to kind of bite my tongue because I just don't like to get into those conversations with because then it just turns into this whole thing. But today at my table, one

person said I heard they're capping the first place prize. Yeah, and what somebody was like, oh why, And then somebody else goes, well, that makes a lot of sense. I'm like, I'm like, I'm and in my head, I'm like, what do you what? Like, why would you ever care? You're just gonna Then the person was like, yeah, I heard they're gonna cap it at ten ten million. I was like, well, that's never happening. But okay, I mean maybe they are. I don't know, but no, a chance get out of here.

Then someone else said I heard they're gonna pay twenty five percent. I'm like, I would be no, I wouldn't be down for that. Okay, but that's not I don't think that's a thing. Of course, not said I heard they're gonna pay twenty five percent in the field, I was like, huh where from where? Like people the players at the table, I

don't know where they're getting this stuff. Its trust me. I did not back six hundred thousand, but you know, I uh, I was playing with people that I thought I had a chance to back six hundred thousand, but it didn't work out. But yeah, but that's like the conversations. And then and then somebody else was like, you know what they should do, they should pay the top five hundred places fifty thousand each. I was like, what where where are you getting? Where does this stuff come from?

What is happening? Like, I don't understand what's that guy's name? Who who is that looking up? They were all through all three of those things were different people. I want to say that he's headed up. Okay, you want to know who the top five hundred and fifty thousand was. It was Jesse Capps. Okay, he was the one who said that it looks like we're fifty two hundred to fifty three hundred before anything for day one D. We've heard that lines are crazy. We've heard that people are flying

in to get into this thing. You know, we've heard there's you know, three thousand and four thousand already signed up. Like I mean, it's just an absolute madhouse. I don't know where they're going to fit all the people tomorrow listen, And I also I do not want to hear it tomorrow on social media from the people that are gonna one complain about ten handed play and two complain about an alternate line. I don't want to hear it. You guys could have played one, A, B or C. My friends

that are holding off to day one day I warned all of that. I said, you are risking playing ten handed. They're not risking. It's happening because tables set up. I know you're risking that. And then well this was three days ago. You know you're risking that, and you're risking being an alternate or we'll get off. I don't think we'll get alternates. There's nothing on tomorrow. What's the I don't I don't know what this with this

number is. But what is the max capacity for seated players in Paris and Horsehoe combined? Like, I don't know, six thousand? You don't think I could get that tomorrow? No, I don't think another thing that you're risking, another thing that you're risking. You're risking waiting in lines. We heard there's like three hundred people in line right now. There is definitely not I was just there. Oh okay, well then people are lying to us,

yeah they are. But I think if you try and show up tomorrow, you're going to get in a line right tomorrow, yes, mate, like around eleven ten am, definitely you're gonna be in a line. I mean I can't fathom playing that os may An event ten handed. I mean not like I know, you have to do it from a business expect because you got to get these people, these people in seats, but I mean like from a player, Oh my, please shoot me. I mean, it's just just end me. I can't. I can't do it, like

you know. It's it's hard enough doing it in like the Colossus or the three hundred dollar Gladiators or whatever, and that's understandable, but the main events, I mean, good lord, I mean that's just brutal. Chip leader Chris Brammer. I haven't heard that name in a while. Yeah. Uh, he's English, I believe it. Out of the uk um good player. You know, has done very well for himself over the years. Three

hundred and eighty six thousand, one hundred in the bag. So at least by all the calculations that we see, that still means that you huda die on from day one, A is still the overall Chip leader and unless you know, we get someone that just kind of pops out or nowhere. Who

knows that can always happen. Other big stacks from day one ce Anthony Ibrahim two hundred ninety eight thousand, three conth Nistalla two hundred and sixty thousand, two hundred, Michael Pinto two hundred and fifty eight thousand, five hundred, and a name we've heard before in the Doubsming event, Tom Connoley, Yes, two hundred and forty eight thousand in the bag twenty eighteen. I thought it was might have been before that. I think before that maybe like like

a year or two before that. I don't know. Didn't that range all those all like the two sixth place, two thousand fourteen to like two thousand and nineteen just all blend together. Like I feel like it's just like one hundred players were at the Found like all of them were just we're at the found table, like, you know, I'm like this guy made it this

year. This you know, they're all over the place. Some other notables that bagged up chips Justin Bonnimall, Alex Foxon, Jeremy Osmas, Matt Burkey, Brian Rast, Mike Madisow, Josh Aria and Sergio Aguero footballing legend who showered a Tim for an interview. Tim waits around. I waited for at least twenty minutes. Yeah, maybe I've been there. You wait, you wait, you wait, and then they just shower you. I mean,

come on, man, it's Surgio. What really h my feelings? You know how many times I've watched him score that goalver Man City at least three hundred, so he could have at least given you the interview. But I had an Aguero Josie. It would be in the trash when I get But I've done. But it's okay, it's he said. Look, I went in knowing that he had already told people I don't want to do any any interviews. I'll do him one day too if I make it. But I'm

Tim Duckworth. He should give me an interview. I mean, so I can't though he technically made day two, but I was trying to get it in. If he was a man of his word, we'll see, should have given you an inter We'll see. I'll be there at eleven fifty five on day two. I basically don't even wonre about that former champ survivors espen Jorge Stead he's the defending champion. Of course, I believe you spoke to him. I don't think he showered you. He didn't shower me. But

I forgot he didn't shower you. There's a butt. What's this butt? Would you forget his name? No? I ran over there. I was huffing and puffing. I got to him and I had I had worked on my questions, and I forgot the question I wanted to ask him, So I want to just announce it before we get to the interview. But um one to five, six, twelve times the main event champion has cashed the next year twelve times. I wanted to ask him if he, like,

you know, does he care about defending his title? But I forgot it. I was in a rush. So play the interview and you hear what he had to say. I'm here with defending champion. He has just bagged a very impressive sixty two thousand and chips. You preached this morning in a shuffle up and deal. Patience, patience. I have a feeling that's the motto of you today. It ain't much, but it's honest work. Giving me a little bit of a rundown and how things went today for you pretty

good for the most part. I don't know. I had one hand that kind of tilted me where I made some mistakes. Probably made a mistake on the flop and on the turn and on the river, so that was costly. Outside of that one hand, I'm pretty happy. Do you have a couple of days off now, any plans to you know, as a rest, as a study. What's going to go on for the next few days,

Probably jim sauna, massage and try to catch up on fleet. So let me just say, I don't think it's necessarily about defending your title, because I think that that is just so incredibly difficult to do. But what I'll say is that it's about having a representative showing being a good ambassador while you partake the next year that sort of stuff, Like I think that that is something that at least me personally, like if I were to win the man him it, that's what I would then care about, like the next

year, not necessarily been like I need to defend my crown. Well, I would like the loyal listeners out there to go back a few episodes and call you out for saying talking about the Mini Main and the Colossus and these events. You cash and say, I want to defend my two hundred and thirty sixth place. Yeah, yeah, I was gonna say, I listen, I wasn't done talking. You were pointing me, trying to cut me

up. I was gonna say. Me coming out here saying I'm going to defend my two hur in thirty fifth place in CLASSUS is a lot easier than defending an actual win. You have a long way to go once you get down to Colossus has fifteen thousand players. It might have been a ten thousand places. Colossus is about to get fifteen thousand players or sorry, the main event TECHNI, but you know he's always called the main event champion, the

world champion, the defending champion. However you want to refer to it until he is eliminated, Oh of course. And if you want to hold on too, that on out for as long as you can, and then once it's gone, it is gone. Lassia, cry out of me a seventy fifth place. If you remember, I do a fantastic show going to defend his championship? What was your favorite one? I have a favorite like championship, like champions run after they won. I have a favorite one. What

you're okay if you have one, because you looked them all up. I mean it's it's it's kind of hot to argue against the like the repeat champions, isn't it though? Yeah, But I'm like, yes, but like we weren't around for them. Yeah, so like I can't. I'm talking more like two thousand and three on because because mine, mine's the hash now

I know, right, I don't remember him doing it. So he finished twenty fifth, Yeah, he got so close, and he finished twenty fair and Canter just freaking sent him to the rail and twenty fifth in the field of fifty six hundred. Yeah, Joe Hash from finished two hundred and thirty eight doesn't sound as impressive. I know that bought you know, record setting field at the time, eight seven seventy three. So I know twenty fifth is this fa superior? But you know, two hundred and thirty eighth out

of you know, nearly nine thousand plays. I think it's pretty damn impressive. And that, you know, about the time I was coming into pokers. So that's the one that's kind of you know, sticks up to me, sticks out to me. It has to be crazy to go from relative obscurity for a lot of these players to then being vaulted into the spotlight of being the World Series of Poker Main Event champion and then coming back the night. I mean, people must just hand you chips, hand you chips.

I wonder if it's the other one. Oh, they're taking you on. They're trying to battle, They're trying to take out the chance. That's probably what they think. Have you seen these people play, because they ain't taking out nothing? Okay? I mean you know it's got money and hot on me. He's on your opponents today. That could be listening. Listen. I had at my table today. I played today. I played the US

Being event today, my second time ever playing. Shout out to my best friend Gary Gates, who forgot that I played last year and was giving me a pep talk today and like thought that I had never played it before, which was just funny. It was a good pep talk. Yeah, I mean whatever, Yeah, it was good. You know, he's giving me a little pointers. I like it. He finished fourth place in the main event before. I'll take all the advice you got um my table. I

didn't recognize anyone at my starting table. First we sat down and played, and I thought three people were gonna be good, like just initial looks of him. One guy looked like an online guy. I think I think he won his seat on gig poker. Was the conversation that he was having with somebody else, and he kept looking at the clock every time he was asking,

So I'm just assuming he was randomizing, right. He'd like, he'd like, you know, get to the flop, and then he'd like think, and then he'd look up at the clock and then he'd do his action. I'm like, he's freaking randomized me, Like, here we go, you know, with this guy. As the day went on, I don't think he was all that good. Emmy. He was fine, but he wasn't like a wizard, you know that I was worried about initially. But there was I'd say three, three for sure solid players. There was one

guy. I met him. His name is Mihi Mihi. We talked at the end of the day. He's from Romania. He's about to welcome a kid in a couple of months, so congratulations to me. High and his wife doesn't play much folker anymore, but it's like starting to get back into it, like hadn't played in a bunch of years. One a seat on gig poker after his friend told him about some satellite so he put like five hundred bucks in ends up winning it. Me. Hi was all over the

place today. I mean he was like he would limp. He would raise like two point one x, he would raise four x, he would raise three x like but like he he had good cards and so it was just it was really tricky because like I'm pretty sure he never raised to the same race size once. Today it was he was all over the place. It was really funky to play against Um, and he gave me a lot of

fits. We battled in a bunch of spots. Um. I think he backed up I don't know, one hundred and fifty, maybe a little less. He had like two hundred at one point and then lost some chips. But the table law overall is good. Another player out of the UK, Schmidt Trivetti, was probably I thought the best player at the table. Played extremely well, but things just didn't go his way. I actually ended up doubling up through him. Um in the last like ten minutes of the night

with eights versus kings all in on a jack eight three flop. So that was fun for me. But my day kind of sucked overall, I know, but it just it was a super frustrating day. You know. He started with sixty k first three hands, I play. Then I'm dealt first three hands. I'm dealt sevens in the big blind, next hand sevens in the small blind, next hand sixes on the button rigged. That's what I thought. I didn't fallow be set. One time. I probably had twenty

five pocket pair of s. I'm not joking like I had. I had threes, fours, five sixes. I had nines, A few times I had eights a bunch. I had sevens I think four times those first two that I just mentioned, and other times I had sixes. A couple of times I had duces. Twice, both times I had duces, I had to fold pre flop because there was a three bed. No, I never had a I only had one pocket pair above nines, and that was kings, and it folded to our my Romanian buddy Mihai in the small blind,

he limpson, I have kings in the big blind raised he folds. That was the only time. That was the only time I had a pair above tens in my hand, but I had like twenty five pairs. Never flopped the set all day, and it was just like I'm at something. I was like, when am I going to flop a set? Like what is going on? Then? No? Then I finally flopped the set with ten minutes to go in the day final, Like finally it happened and I got

the double. You know, finally sounds so um No, it was sixty one thou nine hundred, but I had I had twenty five K with twenty minutes to go on the day. I'll take it. If I was probably an idiot, I would have I would have tripled up to like one hundred K. At one point, I opened under the gun with ace heaven of hearts. My UK buddy Schmidt calls in position. Mehai calls out of the

big blind. The hand comes jack ten six with two hearts. The jack and the six of hearts, okay, Mehai leads for twenty six hundred. I call Smit calls the turn is the ace of clubs, So now I have top hair and hearts. Me High leads for six thousand. I'm kind of in a stupid spot. Here because there are a ton of King Queens

in Smith's range. But I feel like I have to just have to call, like I just I think I have still have a lot of equity with his heart, So I call SMI goes on in for like twenty two thousand, me high tanks for a while, and then calls, I fold Mehai has ace jack for top two. And I was also thinking when smit Jam's there, if he has just one heart, I think if he has King Queen of hearts, because he was pretty shallow him and I had about the

same stack. He probably just tries to get it in on the flop with open ended straight draw two overs in a flush draw. But if he's just got one heart or no hearts, you know, he will probably play his hand like he did. So he gets it and he's got King Queen. Um. Mehi's gut ace jack um. But rivers are three hearts. So I would have tripled up had I've been an idiot and you know, stuck

it in one card to come with a flush draw. But after the day, Mihai said he asked me what I had, and I told him and he said he said, I thought that guy and he was pointing to Schmidt's seat. He said, I thought he led the flop. I don't know if he thought that, like he bet twenty six hundred somehow, and then Meha was calling the twenty six hundred. I don't even know how that would work because Meha was in the big blind and this guy was in the bond

the button or or in the cut off seat. So I don't like, I don't know. It seems like it was that was a mistake by me, unless he just relayed what he thought to me the wrong I don't really know. But but anyway, he was like, you know, what do you do there with two pair? I'm like, I don't know. You probably yeah, fold, he's got no chips. I mean, what are we gonna do there? You know the other champ remaining, Tom mcavoycy you think you don't even know? I thought I saw him in the last few

minutes, but I don't help me to that, okay. And then Daniel Nigron, you backed up Chips Asia Pacific Champion, WSPAJA Champion. I mean it counts as a main event, but it's not the main event. There's the versus A like that's how you have to yes, I will categorize it. But but you spoke with ron you afterwards, I do. I had a kind of a rough day, yeah, um, but you know,

still bag chip and that's really all that matters in this. So here's the interview with daniel legron Here with daniel Le Groner, just back day one sea of the main event and impressive twenty five thousand, nine hundred chips. A bit of a grind for you today. A bit of a grind is a notice statement. It was a massive grind, man. I just never really

got anything going. I avoided some I mean I had a king I flush in one spot, I had to fold on the river, just just ran into it a lot, you know, never really had any good situations. It was a rough day and I did well. I think to stay alive, you know, because it's the main event and I come back on day two with over thirty bit. Do you think of all the tournaments we play, we're thirty bigs is really good? You know, the only problem with having this short stack is I want to be able to play a lot of

pots. You know, you have a hundred big lines, you can play a lot of pots. I kind of have to have good cards now, which sucks. You say you're a man of the people. How was it today playing with the people? It was fun. We you know, we had a good fast table. Everything was fine until the table broke. The last forty five minutes. I sat at this new table and it was a death table. As you can see, everyone's clearing out of the room.

We're still here on the last three hands because they took an hour. I can't take the slow play, but you know, I will crack the whip and call clock as when need be. Do you have a day off tomorrow? Any plans? And I think there's an online event, but what are you gonna do to print? For day two? We'll have some interviews to do at the house for this documentary thing. Then I'm gonna be playing the

online event online home at the couch. We'll be vlogging, hopefully, hanging out with the puppies and Amanda, maybe watching some more Rockies, you know, while I grind. And that's about it. Nothing crazy, Maybe work out, I keep saying that, but probably not. Probably not. Final question, which is the best rocket? I think for me, the one I learned the most from is Rocky three. I think you could argue Rocky four is a better movie, but Rocky three is the one that teaches me

a lot. Notable eliminations. Who you got who busted today? Kry aldemir gone, Darren Elias out, Kevin Manton see you later. You should look up. Speaking of kry Aldemirum only because he was one who cashed the next year is like, what's the longest streak? Um? Johnny chans for a second, but then what about the next year or the year after that? No, he didn't, like, you know, has anyone cashed like three or four years in a row, because I mean cashing's lah. Yeah,

yeah, I didn't have the champ. Well I'll get to that one, yeah another day. Anyway, continue the notable elimination Mariah Kitty Kove and this helps gone, Eric sdel see yuh, Greg Melson gone, and Joe Stapes back to laugh factory. You go, all right, So all those players have hit the rail. I had a fun table also of m guys. I had a guy from Australia who not like who like made the third largest solar company in Australia and then moved to Orange County and started a company here.

I mean there's a lot of really interesting people that you meet. Specifically, I think more so in the main event like you, I think in a lot of the other stuff you you meet people, But I don't know, for whatever reason, I feel like people are a little bit more talkative, a little bit more willing to like share their stories in the US main events. UM for a lot of people playing, you know, it's kind of like a bucket list item. You know, they're doing it and they

want to like share that with everyone at the table. So, speaking of that, yeah, I want to mention we haven't mentioned it yet, but we have a friend of Ashwan Chaffin at here doing feature stories for us that we're kind of injecting into the broadcast. You know, you would have seen Jeff talking to a few people. So if you want to read the way

in that, yeah, they did that kind of stuff. If you want to read some stories at a little you know, not the normal what you would expect on pgt dot com, what you would expect on nearly any poking his side head to pg dot com. You'll see some interesting stories about all kinds of different people that are playing the main event. So shout out to my boy Sean. He's crushing it right now. Yeah, I mean I

think the stories are great. Yeah, so you know, and they're only going to continue to get better and then and then, you know, hopefully one of these people that he's talking to this early makes a run and it becomes a really big thing. Of course, we got to do the coffee bed update because I'm just crushing you. You didn't get me a coffee today because you stayed here. Yeah, but to be here at ten am. But this Jamie Gold free role thing, son, go home. I can't

confirm if you have one day one c well it doesn't. I mean, we'll figure it out. I bought my last check of the clock. You were winning, that's right. I think I said thirty one. It was like I think it was three zero nine zero. But that was with like a good ninety minutes to go. So why would you ever show up with ninety minutes to go on day? Do you just want to put chips in the bag and then? Right? And I don't know, that's why. I think, why would you do that? You're most likely winning again third

day in a row, so I hate you, but kudos. Another coffee in your pocket, that's right, well, we gotta do day one D we do and we already know that, all right, So three thousand, four thousand, five thousand, that's so be You don't think it's gonna get five thousand? What do you? I think a lot of people a smart and have played today, played one B played one I had. I've had dozens of text messages of people texting me, how do I what is the easiest way to register? How do I get in? Like? What do

I have to do? How do how long is the line going to be? Like people that aren't even in Vegas? Like what I mean? You know what the w B should do? Honestly? What number you say? Have they? You know, they should have released a press release today. They should be telling the numbers non stop. No one. I thought Jack did a good job today. He did the bracelet ceremony, kicked things off, and he was like, we're twenty percent up year over year, We're

trending twenty percent up. That's so big. Yeah, I mean that needs to be out there to people, especially when you have this day too late registration. Like people can hop on a plane Saturday Friday night, Saturday, you know, get here, get in the field, like that's what that's what these people need to be doing. So you know, you got to get the word out there, you know, that's what that's definitely what needs

to be done. So fifty one hundred fifty one on one, fifty two fifty two on one, you have the little micro to jumps thing, fifty two fifty What the heck was last year? Can you tell them that last year was? Three seven right? Four three seven nine? Well three seven zero? What did you what did you just say? Five two five? I don't take on this. Yeah, let's go, baby, I mean i'll I mean no, I want to win this one. I don't want to lease this one. I got fifty three hundred and above. Let's go,

baby, let's go. I think it's just gonna be freaking gangbusters. Man. Even though Day one A I was I was surprised. I think we all were surprised with how many notables we saw play Day one A. You know, Day one B was kind of dusty out there. Um a lot of people celebrating the fourth not coming on Day one B. Day one see though a lot of notables again today just still think of all the notables we haven't seen. There's so many so many boy, Phil both fills both

films good film and bad film, terp with that how you want? So yeah, I mean, I mean tomorrow I was going to be out of control and then of course you know this this doesn't know Doro to the coffee that just at We'll get into this later but on future episodes. But you know, we still got the day to ABC registrants. Yeah, we still got the Day two D registrants. I mean, if everything just goes up, I mean, then you're gonna have Day two ABC, You're gonna have

what two hundred, Day two D You're gonna have six seven hundred. I mean, what in the world eleven thousands in play? I thought people were insane for saying eleven thousand, and I was, I was, I was over the record. I was ninety four hundred, you know, I just I just was fearing that people were, like, you know, they're getting ahead of themselves. Things just this stuff just starts to run. It's snowballs.

You can't control it, and it's like it's ten thousand, it's eleven thousand, it's this, it is that eleven thousand is for sure in play definitely if they're at fifty two hundred right now, they max this place out. Six thousand, they max it out. Even if they get five thousand. All they need to do for tomorrow is be over ten thousand, and then then they'll probably get eleven thousand because the Day two have an eat. You know, if they're going to be a full capacity tomorrow, how many

mega satellites can they run? You know, these people that do have the FOMO but can't afford it, just wanting to blast, you know, a couple of thousand and some mega satellites might don't have a chance to play this tomorrow. I mean today there wasn't much of inform me. Can you just do them online? Put them online? I mean I don't know what to tell you. Put them online? Yeah, um, put them online. You know, run satellites the mornings of the Day two. It's like,

I don't know, run more satellites. Do whatever you want. Gay, let's get this number to twelve thousand for you know, let's just go nuts. I'm already like thinking, I'm already ahead. I'm like, what does this do for next year? I mean, if they get ten thousand, five hundred this year, let's say that's the number, which is incredible. It breaks the record, it passes ten thousand, huge number. What does that do for next year? Twelve thousand? No, I don't think we

can see jumps like that, to be honest. What I think going from eighty six hundred to tend it just raises the flow of everything. I know.

I'm just saying, man, I don't know. It's just if poker continues to thrive as it is all over the world, and if the USIP continues to really boost the satellites that it's offering, not just here at the World Series, but stuff like the main event Mania, you know, doing stuff at all those properties that are partnered with them, stuff like that, like you know, working more with GG Poker, etc. Like, it's just gonna snowball so much more towards next year, and then the next year

and then the next year. I mean, it's absolutely wild. I can't even believe we're seeing this. It's freaking nuts, man. There was a bracelet event that played out today that we mentioned it at the top of the show. That was the ESP Online fifty three nolem and Hold Them high Roller Championship. Now this was a highbrid events, three hundred and four players, one hundred and four re entries, so four hundred and eight total entries.

They played down to the final six. Those six players returned today. The online event took place on Monday. Then they came back on Wednesday, July fifth. We're actually recording this past midnight on Thursday, July sixth. So those six players came back. They battled today. It didn't take too long to finish it out. Sam Solvill came into the day as the chip leader and finished on top. Sammy Baby his second w s epigal bracelet three hundred

ninety three thousand, five hundred dollars in his pockets. Gurgle Coolsar finished in second place, Yuval Bronstein third, Alexey pontacous and fourth, Lincoln Lou fifth, and Ethan Rampage Yeao finished in sixth place. And guess what guys With that win by mister Sam silverl Team DPMC is back on top of the twenty five K Fantasy League. There was a score four team Lady Gaga. Who did they have? Who did they have that did something? Oh, Dylan

Wiseman. They had Dylan that finished in like sixth place or something. I can look it up right now fifth place, fifth place in the ten k PLO eight. So that jumped Team Lady Gaga, which is Ren Lynn's team, up to one thousand and forty seven points. But we knew we had Sam's OLVERA at that final table. It was just a little bit of a delay because they had transitioned. It's to live well. Sam gets max points,

he wins the whole damn thing, seventy nine points for us. We are up to one thousand and eighty two points, so thirty five points ahead. Let's go. Let's go. Now, I'm getting pumped. There's still twenty five events we got. I understand there's still twenty five events to go. We got Seawan deeb bagged chips in the w main event on day one A ninety seven thousand, three hundred. Also on day one A King John Reard in the third. By the way, today we found out that Sam

Silver and John Reardon we're college roommates. Show that. I mean, I don't know, that's what I was told. I don't know why. Why? Why is that a lie complaint? Why would that be a lie? Um? John Reardon bagged one hundred and sixty thousand on Day one A David Back the gun Slinger himself bagged one hundred and six thousand. Ian Steinman was in the field today. I don't know if he bagged or not, but at one point I think he had seventy five or seventy six thousand, So

hopefully Ian Steinman bagged. I'm not sure if Mike Gardinski, Sam silver Roll, Stephen Song, and Damn Jen Rodenoff have played yet. Damn Jan today? You did yesterday or today? If it's just today's bad because he's not in the accounts officials had a horrible summer. He isn't done anything. Yeah, I mean, I don't know, or like, I feel bad for the guy. He's losing. Hope he's winning the cash games because he's not

winning the tournaments. We're looking seventy two thousand today. Who damn Jan chips, that's what he says he has on the chip counts. Okay, well, there you go. Put him in the bag, buddy. Hopefully they're in the bag. Let's go, let's make a time in seventy seven. Yeah, so hopefully we get Steinman and rotting Off getting in the counts.

The thing is with this, like obviously the field bonus is big right in the main events, and then if you make the foul table huge because the main event is three times points for all the regular points, not the field bonus doesn't count for the multiplier, but the regular points do. But just a cash is three points. Just a cash is normally one point, but in the midwin event it's multiplied by three. So if you get like four guys, that's twelve points. And like with how valuable these points are,

and like how close the race is. I know we're in first place, but listen, it's been every day. It's back and forth between us and Lady Gaga. You know, three days ago we were in third place and then we got the Ian Steinman Colossus field bonus. Then we just got that Sam's overall win. So need the boys to keep doing it, keep doing it for the team. Let's go make it happen. You love to see it. Really hope we take this damn thing down. But man, it's gonna be a sweat. God, damn, it's gonna be a sweat.

Um, all right, what else we got? Yeah, that's it. Yeah. Yeah, you look like you're about to pass out, so um, you gotta get some sleep because World Cup of aggas tomorrow. I'm excited kind of world it. No, I'm not gonna come play day one. D we got Chris Moneymaker coming back to do shuffle up and deal. I'm

guessing he's playing tomorrow too. Must Why in the world would Chris money Maker ever come back here and not play, just to come here and shuff and I wonder if he enters on day two or something like a Phil Helmet esque entrance. No, Chris money Maker's not gonna do a Phil helmet esque entrance. Were talking about, man, Um, we'll see if Chris Moneymaker can make a run in this thing. Um. You know, it'll be good to have him back, and you know he doesn't He's been open about the

fact that he doesn't travel a lot. Now you know, family and stuff like that back home, so you know it doesn't doesn't travel a whole time, comes out and plays a couple events here and there every summer, and then of course the World Series of Poker made have been Remember it was two thousand and three, so twenty years ago. Twenty Anne's right, feel there should be up there. I feel like there should have been a bigger deal nobody made about that. They made he's been a separate it's on the other

side. It's not there. I got stared at all these two of them. Whatever, that's a big deal too. Banners for one win, okay on the hood of all right, So Chris Moneymaker is gonna do shuffle up in deal for day one d We didn't have a shuff up and deal today? Do we like a special es espen But yesterday, yesterday, yesterday should have had somebody dressed up as like some American thing or something, you know who. They should have asked, they should have done the stop spangled banner

or something. It should have been whole cocan no one, because he's really coming down to the horse street with why not twenty eight inch pythons. Yeah, let's go point at people. Let's go brother. All right, we're gonna get out of here because we've got nothing else to talk about. Tomorrow's day one dy Well, Thursday, July six, and it's gonna be absolutely wall to wall in this place. I cannot wait. Tim's gonna go play some World Cup of Vegas. Hopefully he doesn't hurt himself. We're getting old

now, I know how that goes. All right? My name is Donny Peters. His name is Tim Duckworth, and we'll talk to you guys next time. Bas
