Episode description

In today’s episode, MTT Coach Gareth James and Mental Game Trainer Dr. Tricia Cardner tackle questions regarding how to adjust your push-fold strategy based off of both stack size and opponent tendencies. Gareth explains what we should do if our opponents are not shoving correctly because in these spots it is critical that we get these decisions right: our bankroll depends on it!

Dr. Tricia then answers a question regarding speech play. If you’ve ever wondered how to handle speech play at the table, we’ve got you covered. Besides letting you know the best book on the subject (Verbal Tells by Zachary Elwood), we explain how most people are not able to balance their verbal tells and as such give off quite a bit of useful information that you can use to your advantage.

We also chat about my new online course called Crack the Code: Free Yourself from Procrastination & I give a few helpful tips and Gareth's Mini Sunday Million Review.
