Episode description

In 2016, Sarah McBride became the first openly transgender person to deliver a speech at a major political convention when she spoke at the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia, but she had already accomplished so much before then. Sarah served on Jack Markell's campaign team, interned at the White House and led the fight for transgender equality in Delaware.
