Once you've recorded your practice podcast and listened back to it in shame...then record again, and again, and again! If you're proud of these episodes, and make sure that you are, they will represent to all your listners new and future, what your show will be. Release them all at once. This will show up on iTunes and instantly give your potential podcast listener a reason to hit the SUBSCRIBE button!
