Episode description

Bicentennial Man is a film from 1999 with a title that gives away the ending. If the studio was intent on giving away the ending, perhaps they should have gone with one of their alternate, snappier titles instead, such as: “I Fucked My Fridge” Todd Van Der Werff (Vox) and Libby Hill (LA Times) join us for a high-minded discussion on the film* that ended Robin Williams’ career as a leading man. * ”Jakob the Liar” can also make this claim, but fortunately for us we won’t be covering it because it was made in ... well, fuck.
