genres are boogie woogie, soul and swamp blues. She played piano with Otis Redding in the nineteen sixties, but after his his death, went into semi retirement. In the nineteen eighties, she was repeatedly booked for European tours and recorded albums for the German record label Ornament Records with Gary Wiggins and Chris Rannenberg, the international blues duo. She cut you Know That's Right with the band Hotlink, and the album that established her in the US, The Swamp Boogie
Queen, with guest spots Bonnie Reett and Robert Craye. Two Fisted Mama, was released in nineteen eighty nine. Webster promoted the album with a North American tour.
