Well folks you only get TWO AMIGOS again this week because Bryan had to miss the record, but he did edit the episode so it's sort of like he was there. We had the pleasure of being joined by Jeff Ray (Jeff Ray Films, guy who made our theme song!) as we watched Top Chef Season 18, Episode 11 - "Blind Ambition". We learn about Jeff's process for coming up with our amazing theme song, talk about the very simple quickfire challenge premise, and debate whether if crying while reading a note from your family makes you an emotionally weak person or not.
