Hashtag vs Organization: Why Black Lives Matter? PT1 (EP 74)

Are you like many people who did not know the difference between the Black Lives Matter hashtag versus the Organization that has the same name? Did you know that using the #blacklivesmatter hashtag does not mean that person supports the organization called Black Lives Matter anymore than someone using the hashtag #christian makes that person a follower of Yeshua (Jesus)? In this Part 1 of our 3 part series on this subject we delve into some really important concepts to add to this very crucial conversation that the whole world seems to be having about injustices toward people groups. Pneu Pneuma does not support or back the organization called Black Lives Matter in any shape form or fashion. We do, however, agree that at this moment in history it is time to concentrate on the "proverbial burning house" (the issues of those who have been oppressed as part of the groups who descend from African slaves brought to America and throughout the world) instead of the many houses (all other groups not oppressed by the same issues) that surround it, which at this time have not caught on fire.
