What if I told you this was the most meta episode of Plucking Up yet?

Okay, I’ll explain what I mean!

I couldn’t believe how many pluck-ups occurred while preparing and recording this podcast itself. Planning this episode was filled with pluck-ups. And lots of laughter as a result!

But it did become a catalyst for conversation with my wonderful friend and guest today, Ryan Leak.

Ryan is an executive coach and leadership speaker. 

We spoke about embracing our mistakes and blunders - because that makes us authentic in the workplace and beyond. 

He explained how being a great employee means being a good helper and genuine with your team.
