Episode description

Multiple system atrophy (MSA) is a progressive neurological disorder that affects adult men and women. It is caused by degeneration or atrophy (shrinking) of nerve cells in several (or multiple) areas of the brain. This can result in problems with multiple bodily functions such as speech, movement, balance and blood pressure control.

-

Guy Pigden is a Director and Videographer who is on a mission to make a documentary about MSA.

-

A little over 3 years ago, Guy's uncle, Gregory Wilsdon, was diagnosed with the disease. The ultimate, goal is to raise enough money to cover the post-production expenses for the film so that his uncle might be able to see it before he passes away.
