Eotenweard: The Growing Dark (Session 3)

Their Fae companion mysteriously disappears as the other Heroes head up into the North Pennines. On the trail travellers warn them that a raiding pagan warband are heading into the lowlands. A crow is sent to warn their allies in Torhaven and call them to arms. Finding a good position at the edge of a forest the Heroes organise the folk of Torhaven, Winifred threatens the raiders' flank with conjured hoof beats, and Seren the Black preaches that 'God is with us'. Then Althea puts an arrow into the tribes' champion and leads the charge. There are signs that the power of the Fae is corrupting the tribes but many are sent to Woden's corpse hall before the raiders are routed back whence they came. Then, a tribal settlement, the untamed wild, and a sibling revealed ... before a Monolith, a call for unity, and a Flesh Demon confronted ...
