Eotenweard: Northumbria (Session 8)

Alun R facilitates a session in a longish series of Eotenweard, his own PbtA game-nearing-the-end-of-development of Dark Age Heroes protecting the innocent from a growing Darkness.

Aoddan, the Celtic Mystic, rejoins the other Heroes at the settlement of Garwlan in Rheged. Cadoc finds himself conducting a burial service during which Black Jel takes the opportunity to follow a local Saxon to the nearby pasture marked with symbols holy to Woden before all four Heroes follow the clues revealed to Fynn by his Sight. There's a Mysterious Winding Path, a Fae Guardian, and a Revelation that suggests both the Christ God and the Allfather are being set up to take the blame. Then ... a monstrous Raven and the souls it has consumed before the Darkness within it flees ...
