Today we will explore hidden family, secrets and intergenerational trauma. The discovery the exposure in family dynamics. What is the discovery and how do we expose those hidden family secrets with intergenerational trauma. We will discuss how to research hidden family secrets to the best of our ability as everybody has some sort of secret in their family. In our generation of trauma can happen, and if we don’t know the patterns, how are we supposed to break those negative patterns?
