Episode description

Sarah is the founder of the pig sanctuary, The Pearly Acre. The Pearly Acre was founded to serve an unexpected demand for experience and knowledge about her Pot Belly pigs. What began with simply taking her pig, Bullet, for hikes at a local conservation area and attending town events, became what is now The Pearly Acre. Named after her beautiful piglet, Pearl, whom she lost at 8 months old, she strives to live the most compassionate life she can, in Pearl's name. The Pearly Acre also works to help match unwanted pigs with new homes through a networking community.
