Challenges meet strategies

One of the biggest things we can do as a product owner, and even as an organizational leader in the agile space is to value relationships over transactions. This episode should be a good one for anyone in agile leadership or execution as it will give some insight to the many challenges that the product owner and the agile development team face day-to-day. Challenges require a strategy to help overcome what we’re facing. Let’s revisit a few strategies that I’ve touched on in the past, but this time through a slightly different lens!?
