5. Tarl Smith Transition from Coach to Coaching Educator

My Special guest this week was USSF Grassroots and C licence instructor Tarl Smith. Tarl has a USSF A licence, NSCAA Premier diploma (Now United Soccer Coaches) and i currently enrolled in a masters in Physical education at Adelphi university.  In this episode we discuss his transition from coach to coaching educator and the importance he has placed on continuous education and self growth.  We also discuss the time and effort USSF instructors give to helping coaches and their reason behind it.
