10. Ben Foster: Developing Players in a 4v4 Environment

Ben Fosteris currently the Director of Coaching for Larchmont-Mamaroneck Football Club and owner of Foster Soccer in Westchester county New York.  I first met Ben in 2006 when we both coached for Noga Soccer and have remained friends  ever since.  He has over 15 years experience including Westchester Regional Manager for NOGA Soccer. He has also trained many boys and girls travel teams (u-8 to Varsity High School) as well as numerous summer and school holiday camps, after school programs and winter indoor training programs. In today's episode we talk about Ben's career and his specialization in the U6-U9  age group.  We talk about how utilizing 4v4 soccer has helped him grow the soccer community in the Larchmont and Mamaroneck area of Westcester county NY.
