Dr Lim from SKRATCH LABS talks about overtraining. This is an insidious syndrome from doing too much and not recovering enough. It is complex, can take 2-4 weeks to recover from, and is all too common. Avoiding overtraining along with reducing injuries from training is one of the reasons we need coaches, very few people can coach themselves when training hard and operating harder!
