03/03/22 - Brisket - Ernest Servantes

Title - Brisket It’s the beginning of March, and it feels like springtime!  That means its BBQ season, ya’ll.  And I can think of no one better to lead us off into the season than the incomparable Ernest Servantes. Participant on BBQ Pit Wars, Chopped Grillmaster Champion, Chopped Judge, won more awards than almost anyone, and has one of the hottest BBQ restaurants in the world, The Burnt Bean Company.  This guy has done it all.  And he was just nominated for the James Beard award as the best chef in Texas.
