Jared Mees, a decorated veteran and 2004 AMA rookie of the year, finished the 2018 AFT Twins season with a championship, his second in many years. He finished with 10 wins, and a total of 15 podium finishes. 2018 marked his fifth AMA Grand National Championship. Mees is currently third in the standings and had a win at the Texas Half-Mile on April 20th. The win marks Mees’ 27th Half-Mile triumph, breaking a tie for second all-time with Will Davis.

In January, it was announced that Trystan Hart was signed to the 2019 RPM Racing Team. In 2017, Hart finished fifth overall in the 2017 AMA EnduroCross Series in the Super EnduroCross class and in 2018, finished the first two rounds with podium finishes before being injured at Reno and forced to miss the remainder of the series. Hart most recently raced at Las Vegas April 12-14 in the WORCS in the Pro MC Class and came in fourth place.
