Ricky Russell is currently in ninth place in the overall standings in the 2019 GNCC Series in the XC1 class. Russell has no finishes in the GNCC outside of the top ten. The Next GNCC is Black Sky on September 14, 2019. Russell also raced in the previous two rounds of WORCS, finishing third in the MC Class in both.
2010 GNCC X1 and 2018 Kenda Full Gas Sprint Enduro champion, Josh Strang, finished in third place in the Full Gas Enduro Sprint standings. The Team Babbitt’s/ Monster Energy/Kawasaki rider finished the final round at Rockcrusher with three Cross test wins. Strang is also currently fifth in the GNCC XC1 Open Pro Class, finishing in the top 10 in each of the 9 rounds so far.
Jake Johnson is an AMA Pro Flat Track Racer from the United States who has competed in the Championship since 2002, winning the Grand National Singles Championship in 2006 and the AMA Pro Grand National Championship in 2010 and 2011. Johnson is currently in 8th place in the AFT Twins Class, with a best finish of second place at Buffalo Chip TT.
Chris Carr is a flat track racer and a land speed record holder. He won the 1992, 1999, and 2001-2005 AMA Grand National Dirt Track Championships. He was inducted into the AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame in 2004. Carr was twice the fastest man on two wheels. He was the first motorcyclist to break the 350mph barrier, and in 2008 reached a top speed of 367.382 mph. He will be inducted into the Motorsports Hall of Fame of America in 2020.

Barry Carsten rounded out the podium of the Senior 40+ class at the 2019 Loretta Lynn’s Amateur National. Carsten also placed second overall in the Masters 50+ Class. Former pro motocross and supercross racer, Carsten has accumulated quite a few top-ten finishes in pro races.
Mike Brown is a racing veteran with an X games Gold medal (2015), an AMA 125cc national championship (2001), and a WORCS Championship (2009). Recently, Brown placed first overall in the Senior 40+ Class at the 2019 Loretta Lynn’s Amateur National. Brown also placed first in the Junior 25+ Class.
Grant Baylor is currently 11th overall in the standings of the XC1 class in the 2019 GNCC Series. Earlier this year, Baylor won the Cajun National Enduro, and is second overall in the Kenda National Enduro Series.
John Grewe finished first overall in the 2019 Loretta Lynn’s Amateur Nationals in the Masters 50+ Class. In addition to his first place finish, Grewe also placed second in the Senior 40+ Class.

Cooper McDonald is an 18 year old professional motorcycle racer from Tulsa, Oklahoma. His grandfather, Norm McDonald, co-Founded K&N Air Filters back in 1956 and helped privateer riders all throughout the years. Cooper’s first motorcycle race was in February 2016. Northern California’s Rodney Smith is one of the most versatile racers ever, grabbing wins at the highest level in motocross before switching to off-road, and carving out one of the greatest careers ever in the woods and the desert. Smith won 13 AMA-sanctioned national championship series, including five Grand National Cross Country titles, three AMA National Hare Scrambles titles and five AMA National Reliability Enduro Championships. Justin Bogle is currently placed eighth overall in the Lucas Oil AMA Pro Motocross Championship, and ninth in the Monster Energy AMA Supercross Championship. His best finish in Supercross this year was fourth, at San Diego and Denver, and his best finish in Motocross is a sixth place finish at RedBud.
Lock was named the Chief Executive Officer of American Flat Track in 2015. Since taking over, Lock has been integral in revitalizing the series. Recently a contract was finalized to bring American Flat Track back to Remington Park in Oklahoma City, O.K. for the 2020 OKC Mile on June 20, 2020, where AFT was missed in 2019 due to a scheduling conflict.

Joey Limandri Jr. is another young up and comer, currently placed 17th in the overall standings of the Liqui Moly Junior Cup, which has included a fifth place finish at Round 4 at Road America. Limandri is also currently seventh in the CCS Atlantic Region Championship overall points standings.
Roger Hayden announced his retirement in July 2018 after 20 years racing professionally. He returned to race American Flat Track at a hometown race, the Indian Motorcycle of Lexington Red Mile in Lexington, Kentucky on June 1, 2019. Riding for Estenson Racing Yamaha for JD Beach, Hayden fell one position short of the main event.
Gus Rodio is a young, up and coming road racer and is currently placed 18th in the overall standings of the Liqui Moly Junior Cup. He is currently fifth in the CCS Atlantic Region Championship overall points standings.
Kyle Cunnigham raced at Red Bud and scored a 13 in M1 and 39 in M2 for 16th overall. He is in 31st overall in the 450 class after his first race of the season.
Zach Osborne, riding for the Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing team, injured his shoulder ahead of Redbud. He is currently sitting at sixth overall in the 450 class in the Lucas Oil AMA Motocross Standings and 14th overall in the 450 class in the Monster Energy Supercross Championship. The hopes are that Zach may be back for the next AMA Motocross event at Spring Creek in Millville, Minnesota.

Steward Baylor has had four straight podium finishes in the Kenda National Enduro Series and is currently sitting in the top spot of the standings, through four rounds. The defending champion of the National Enduro Series is also sitting third in the GNCC XC1 Open Pro Standings, where he finished third in 2018. Baylor has not finished below fourth in the GNCC Series this year.
Thad Duvall is currently second in the GNCC XC1 Open Pro Class, with Overall and Class Podiums in 7 of 8 rounds thus far, including two first place finishes. A mechanical issue while on the fourth lap put Duvall in the ninth and final XC1 place position last weekend at Snowshoe. Duvall’s team worked hard to try and get his motorcycle back in running order, but a puncture to his radiator was found to be the cause. The next GNCC round is July 6th at High Voltage in Dunkard, PA.
