This week we had an extremely in depth conversation with Duncan Wood the Executive Director of the Woodrow Wilson Center in Washington, DC. He has a unique perception of Mexico from an 'outsiders' perspective. Although, with the time he's spent in this country it's a bit of a dishonor calling him an outsider.
