[00:00:00] Welcome to Pilates Students' Manual, everything you want to know about Pilates in one place. My name's Olivia Bioni and I'll be taking you down the Pilates rabbit hole.

I created this podcast because I love Pilates first and foremost. I love in depth discussions and the nitty gritty of both movement and theory. I had a lot of questions about Pilates when I was just getting started and there wasn't a resource like this out there to answer those questions. I'm committed to learning and growing both as a teacher and a student of Pilates and I want to take you along for the ride.

I am a nationally certified Pilates instructor and I have more than three years of teaching and 1500 hours of [00:01:00] teaching Pilates under my belt. I teach both mat and equipment classes. I teach in gyms and studios and in clients' homes and now online. But every time I'm teaching those classes, the focus is on the movement and getting the workout.

I'm really interested in the theory and those big picture questions, and so this podcast will be an outlet for me to really have those conversations.

So if you have any questions about Pilates, yes, you! Drop me a line on Instagram: @pilatesstudentsmanual or hit me up on email: pilatesstudentsmanual@oliviabioni.com. I want to be there to help answer those questions and really just open up a greater conversation about Pilates and health and movement as a whole.

If this sounds like your idea of a party, subscribe. I've got new episodes coming out every week on a variety of topics and it's sure to be a wild Pilates adventure. Let's learn something new, together. [00:02:00]
