About Heath Lander:

Heath has been teaching movement for the last 20 years and Pilates for the last 13. He runs White Dog studio with his partner in Melbourne and also owns a virtual instructor-focused studio. With over 20,000 hours teaching large group reformer classes, small group clinical, and 1:1 sessions, his great passion as a movement educator is helping trainers to deepen their knowledge while simultaneously finding simplicity in their teaching and understanding.⁠
