Episode 29 Do You Know What Causes CFS and FMS ?

Today’s topic is Do You Know what causes CFS /FMS? 

When you view these syndromes I want you to think of them as circuit breakers in a house.  What those breakers do is disconnect the electricity from the home’s wiring when electrical systems become overstressed. How you solve this problem is you just need to reset the breakers.  What your body’s circuit breaker does pretty much the same thing, resetting after stress with good nutrition and rest. 

However, it is not the same in CFS /FMs what happens is if a major circuit breaker in this situation the master gland in the brain called the hypothalamus has gone offline and is not able to reset itself.
