PhD Chats: Diversity and Inclusion

This podcast seeks to give a platform to students and educators to discuss the lack of diversity in postgraduate education. This lack is often the result of institutional and societal barriers which inhibit access to postgraduate education. With this podcast we hope to give individuals with experience of these issues a voice to shed light on these barriers. By making those involved in postgraduate research more aware of D&I issues, we can begin to tackle them at a grassroots and institutional level by inspiring volunteers, activists and those in positions of authority to make a change.
