In this episode, I prepare for my first ever Jingle Bell Run. I'll explain how I plan to beat my previous time of 30:31 and what I am expecting from my first holiday-themed race. I take a little time out to explain why I registered for this race which goes beyond my love of competing against other runners. Is this my final race of 2018? Who knows!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
