Welcome to Season 2 of your favorite Pesuvom Podcast. In this episode, we will be discussing the advantages and disadvantages of a policy idea called Universal Basic Income (UBI). This experimental policy has been implemented at small scales in different parts of many countries, including India (Madhya Pradesh, Delhi). We should always be open to new ideas like this, even though it might have many disadvantages. The goal for a progressive society is always to fix the disadvantages, make things better, and progress forward.
