Today, I've got Charley Valher on the show. Many would know him as the host of the popular Property & Investing Podcast, and the Business & Investing Podcast. He has built a very large portfolio quickly over the last few years and has done it as a borderless investor. 

Buying in different states and building a portfolio quickly with that kind of mindset takes a lot of pushing through comfort zones, a lot of challenges to overcome, and a lot of skill with financing while using and leveraging a team. 

So today, we're going to go into his journey and all that he's learned. I'm really excited to have him on the show.

About the Guest:

Charley is a serial entrepreneur with a passion for the business that started at the age of 10, trading Pokémon cards. He became an eBay merchant, learned digital marketing, and ran a successful 7-figure company running Facebook and Google ads for clients. 

Charley has since ventured into outsourcing and podcast media education and services. In 2021, Charley started his latest venture, Business & Investing, which aims to teach business owners how to create wealth inside and outside their businesses. 

Charley's biggest lesson? Selling what people want to buy, not what you want them to buy, and making money and growing money are two very different skill sets.
