In this one I'm sharing my own experience with resentment and what I've done to self heal, as well as an example of how I'm working to change the set thought pattern (tracks) in my brain.  

Some key tools:

learn to recognize the times you've made yourself a victim, step out of the situation and look at it from a different perspective.  Then choose a new story. 

Gratitude. Always find ways to be grateful. This trick, which isn't a trick at all, never gets old.
