Trauma - Losing a loved one

This is the opening 5 minutes of me giving you an incite into how I have been feeling for the last one and half years of my life. My Dad passed away in November of 2019. In this podcast I talk about emotions that I had when this happened. I will go into more detail about how this happened in a later episode. I just want people to know that they aren't alone and that here they can maybe to relate to what I am saying or feeling. Not that I want anyone to ever go through losing a loved one, especially in the way I did and how young I was. This episode is just the first of many and feel free to listen to the others if you want to. I am doing this just to talk about my experience as this is also a way of coping for me.
