Episode description

Dr. Jack Ling started his martial arts journey with ‘Natural Style’, an earlier form of internal Tai Chi. He started Wing Chun with traditional training, where he learned nothing else than the first form for several months.

When he is not treating his patients he focuses on developing his and his students’ Wing Chun skills and also does standing mediation to stimulate the circulation of Chi/Qi in his body and for his health.

What I enjoyed most about talking to Dr. Jack Ling is listening to his fighting experience with other high level martial artists and how he uses Wing Chun in his therapy sessions to unlock people’s potential and help them live more balanced and healthy lives.
