My high achieving Catholic friends, in our fast paced world, it is so easy to get swept up in the tide of busy-ness and stress, but it's really important that we don't forget that finding time to rest and pause from the busy-ness of our day is just as important as pursuing our goals. It is okay to take a break. It is okay to slow down. It's okay to take a deep breath and reconnect with what truly matters to trust in God's perfect plan for your life and to let his guidance light the way.
