Luke 9

In Luke 9, Jesus reveals more of His glory to His disciples as He teaches them and prepares them for the continuation of ministry after His death and resurrection. Jesus has all power and authority and its through His power and authority we are able to share the Gospel message of salvation to the ends of the earth - one person at a time. Jesus tells us we need to pick up the cross and follow Him: daily. Everyday we wake up and join Jesus on the mission of glorifying Him and spreading His offer of salvation to the ends of the earth. Everyday we wake up and surrender our flesh and will to the will of our Almighty Father. Every single day we need to choose to look to the Lord and give Him every last "Yes, Father - I'm all Yours. Let Your will be done".
