In this episode, I talk you through a mindfulness exercise. This is a mindfulness exercise to talk you through mental preparation after you have done a physical warm-up. This can be used before a match, race, or competition, or even just use it to feel calm and ready to tackle your next task.  I hope you find this exercise helpful and you can play me over and over whenever you need it!
