Episode description

In this episode, I am joined by Ellie Cole. Ellie is a 4x Paralympic swimmer. She had a tough start to life with her cancer diagnosis leading to her leg being amputated. She has a wealth of knowledge particularly being a part of the Australian Swim Team for half her life. She opens up about being the best in the world when her first panic attack hit. Ellie shares her journey with mental health and the strategies she has learnt along the way. Ellie is determined to make an impact on para-athletes for future generations. She loves to talk, and it made chatting with her so effortless and it was a pleasure getting to know her.
