This poem is about heartbreak. When your heart is breaking but no one can hear, when no one can see your tears or how grief is eating you up little by little every day.

When you're broken and lost, too tired to move forward, when you feel like the world is out to get you and all you see is darkness, then this is the poem for you!
When someone is suffering from a mental illness, all they need is support and care, not blames and being shut down. This is exactly what this poem says.
This is a story of finding yourself, being comfortable in your own skin, breaking and rebuilding. This story emphasises on how life is a process of being undone and remade over and over.
I write this poem around women's day and it turned out to be pretty intense and kind of painful. I wanted to share it but somehow felt too vulnerable to show it to the world. But I feel now I am ready to share this piece with you all.
