#6 - Elizabeth & Wes - Charlies BBQ & Bakery

Elizabeth and Wes are the owners of the BBQ joint on Main Street that we all love, Charlies BBQ & Bakery.  In this episode I sit down with Elizabeth to get a behind the scenes look of what it takes to start a BBQ restaurant as newcomers to town.  In fact the reason they picked Chattanooga as the location to start this business is simply because they fell in love with a building here.  The old Charlie's Gas Station on East Main Street.  Half way through the podcast, Wes jumps in to share his mission for the business which is not all about financials, but more about helping the community.  In fact, they have a really cool dream about building a “Showerbus” in town for the homeless.  So sit back, grab a rack of ribs from Charlie’s BBQ and enjoy my conversation with Elizabeth and Wes.
